Rentals will run from Saturdays to Saturdays unless otherwise agreed with the owners.
A set of bedlinen and towels per person is included in the rental fee. Included is also the cost of electricity and central heating. Extra linen and towels used, will incur a small charge.
A deposit of 150 Engl Pounds is required for each of the properties at the time of booking confirmation. This will be returned upon completion of the holiday, the property having been left in good order.
The full rental cost plus the deposit must be paid 4 weeks prior to the holiday departure date.
At all times only one party will be allowed to book the property so the pool is not shared.
Information on most local attractions which includes the best restaurants, vineyards, cultural attractions and sporting locations is available at the property but we would be pleased to answer any queries and give any information to make sure you get the most from your holiday in such an attractive location.
